By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into these Terms.
TractSignal may modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any feature, dataset, methodology, score, export, visualization, or portion of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
TractSignal may also update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subject to these Terms, TractSignal grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your own internal, lawful, non-competitive use.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
You may use the Services for general informational, research, and internal business purposes only.
You may download or export reports or output made available through the Services only for your own internal use, subject to these Terms.
Any external republication, redistribution, commercial exploitation, public display, syndication, resale, sublicensing, or incorporation into third-party products, listings, advertisements, investor materials, client deliverables, marketing materials, or commercial workflows requires TractSignal's prior written permission.
Any permission granted by TractSignal may be revoked at any time, in TractSignal's sole discretion.
Reports, exports, screenshots, and other outputs made available through the Services are licensed for your internal use only unless TractSignal provides written permission for broader use.
External republication, client-facing use, public posting, syndication, embedding, resale, white-labeling, listings use, investor deck use, pitch deck use, advertising use, and redistribution require prior written permission.
Any permission granted by TractSignal may be revoked at any time, with or without cause. No export, screenshot, or embed capability creates an implied right to reuse, publish, commercialize, sublicense, or redistribute TractSignal content.
The Services may currently be available without account registration. TractSignal may later add accounts, authentication, paid features, subscriptions, exports, dashboards, saved settings, Google login, or other functionality. If and when those features are introduced, additional terms, restrictions, and product-specific rules may apply.
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, maps, layouts, visualizations, rankings, scores, forecasts, exports, compilations, trade dress, logos, trademarks, methodology, and other content, are owned by TractSignal or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted above, nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Services.
If you believe that content hosted on the Services infringes your copyright, contact support@tractsignal.com with enough information for TractSignal to identify the material at issue, your claim, and how to contact you. TractSignal has not designated a DMCA agent at this time, so any submission will be reviewed as a general notice rather than a formal statutory DMCA notice.
The Services may incorporate, summarize, transform, or display information derived from public sources and third-party datasets. TractSignal does not represent that any source data is complete, current, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose.
Source lists, citations, methodology notes, and descriptions are informational only and may be modified, removed, or replaced at any time without notice.
The Services are not intended to be used, and may not be used, in any way that violates fair housing laws, anti-discrimination laws, civil rights laws, consumer protection laws, lending laws, insurance laws, employment laws, public accommodations laws, or any similar legal requirement.

TractSignal does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, current, error-free, or suitable for any particular use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACTSIGNAL AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OPPORTUNITY, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF TRACTSIGNAL FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TractSignal and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:
TractSignal may suspend, restrict, block, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected scraping, abusive access, legal risk, security risk, infringement, competitive misuse, or prohibited use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
You acknowledge that breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm to TractSignal for which monetary damages may be inadequate. TractSignal may seek injunctive, equitable, or other appropriate relief without the need to post bond.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TractSignal regarding the Services unless and until TractSignal publishes supplemental terms for specific features.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
TractSignal's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
